Events Team – Venue Coordinator

  • Responsible for selecting venue to accommodate event size
  • Liaises with venue to ensure all event needs are accommodated
  • Determines the overall look and feel of the event
  • Selects dinner menu and negotiates rates based on approved budget
  • Arranges seating plan and any necessary VIP accommodations with venue
  • Documents all venue related meetings with the support of the administrator to ensure that the Program Coordinator has all the necessary information for successful implementation of event
