VOLUNTEER OPENING:

Events Team – Administrator

  • Supports Event Manager in documenting minutes for all committee meetings
  • Supports committee with all administrative labour related to event
  • Submits payments to all vendors
  • Tracks expenses and revenue in budget sheet
  • Prepares post event report to share with Event Manager
  • Supports the Venue Coordinator in documenting minutes from all site visits and meetings with the venue for the implementing team
  • Works with the Venue Coordinator to receive and process all payments that need to be made to vendors
  • Communicates necessary information to Program Coordinator for implementation (approved seating chart, designated rooms for VIP, AV details, etc)
